Hello friends!
I have been spending most of my time on Instagram lately, I admit! But wanted to post a few tid bits about my crafty activities.
Most importantly, I finished my Granny Square Quilt!
I have to say, this may be my favorite one yet. I made it entirely of Bonnie and Camille fabrics - a little Daysail, a little Miss Kate, and some scraps of April Showers and Scrumptious. Abby Latimer did the quilting, which I love:
Then I finished it off with a scrappy binding. I used Emily Denis's tutorial found here. Really helpful! Also, I highly recommend Lori Holt's Great Granny Squared book!!
Then I fell in love with Milk, Sugar & Flower fabric and made big sister a Thimbleblossoms Salt Water mini!
All warmed up, I got ready to make my Bonnie and Camille Dream Mini Swap Quilt. This was a mini quilt swap on Instagram and So. Much. Fun. My partner requested Thimbleblossom's Red Letter Day quilt, so I made that and a few goodies.
Have you found Fat Quarter Shop's free Coffee Koozie pattern? I made a bunch to sell at the school's Harvest Fair. People love this one!
And then I made a potholder from Lori Holt's Farm Girl Vintage book. I. Love. This. Book. Go out. Buy it. You will thank me. And her.
Thanks for reading along and I hope that this is a warm-up for a crafty December!!
