Jelly Bean Quilt

Jelly Bean Quilt

I just love this pattern!  This is a Thimbleblossoms pattern, made with jelly roll strips.  I used Heather Bailey's Up Parasol collection as well as some Cotton + Steel fabrics (Mustang, Harajuku Aqua, Basics) and even some Kate Spain.  I have this bad habit, you see, of feeling like my quilt does not have enough variety as I'm piecing it, so I continue adding fabric to my (increasingly crazy) collection!

For the backing, I used a Serena & Lily sheet that I bought at an outlet they popped up in Berkeley last summer.  It was WAY wider than the standard 45" and is so soft.  It was a really lucky find.

I had this quilted by the lovely Abby Latimer in a Dragonfly panto - as chosen by Big Sister.  (She also chose the color palette, by the way.)

This was a really fun one to make & I highly recommend any of Camille's patterns!
